1. Services ReviveLeads provides AI-powered lead follow-up and customer re-engagement services for automotive dealerships and property managers. Our system sends automated text messages to customers who have previously expressed interest in a product or service.
2. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for ensuring that all contacts provided to ReviveLeads have opted in to receive communications. Clients must only submit lead lists containing individuals who have voluntarily provided their contact information and requested to be contacted.
3. Opt-Out Compliance All messages sent through our system include a STOP opt-out instruction. Any contact who replies STOP is immediately removed from all future messaging. ReviveLeads complies fully with TCPA regulations governing text message communications.
4. Data Privacy ReviveLeads does not sell, share, or distribute client data or customer contact information to any third party. All data is used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed upon service.
5. Payment Services are billed monthly. Clients may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for partial months of service.
6. Limitation of Liability ReviveLeads is not responsible for outcomes resulting from messaging campaigns including but not limited to customer complaints, undelivered messages, or carrier filtering. Results may vary.
7. Changes to Terms ReviveLeads reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
